Schwarzkopf Professional · Bonacure R-TWO
Building a launch packagewhile the brand was still moving.

R-TWO needed more than a simple launch package. It needed a flexible asset package capable of keeping pace with an brand identity that was being defined in real time.
How The Project Moved
Goal
Launch a new range as one complete brand identity.
Create a cohesive launch asset package for R-TWO, a new product-line extension of the established Bonacure range, that stayed in-line with its unique visual identity. The work needed to introduce something distinctly new while remaining recognisably as a part of the Bonacure brand ethos across every digital touchpoint.
Challenge
Designing for guidelines that were still being written.
This project began while the brand-guidelines were still in development. New changes arrived daily such as new iconography, product claims, campaign wording, imagery being finalised, colour hierarchies changing and so on. The goalposts kept moving, but the launch package still needed to progress as a collective rather than an array of disconnected revisions.
Solution
Build fast, modular and ready to change.
I developed the assets as flexibly as possible rather than fixed one-offs on individual graphics. Imagery, product, copy, claims and graphic devices remained separated and editable from source files, repeatable layout rules kept formats consistent even under changes, and short revision loops let each new alteration roll-out quickly across the wider package without losing control.
Result
A connected launch package across the full product journey.
The final asset suite carried one recognisable R-TWO world across web banners, newsletters, paid and organic social, carousel storytelling, motion and product-detail content. Despite the shifting source identity, the finished work feels deliberate and connected, giving the launch a practical family of assets ready to use across channels and markets.
A launch package made in motion.
A selection of campaign work across the design journey, from wide-format hero banners to focused product page images.
Good design workflow is not only about precision. It is about including enough flexibility into the work that precision can survive change.
