Kyle Petricca is responsible for the personal information processed through this portfolio and for enquiries about freelance design and digital services. The contact details at the end of this notice are your first point of contact for privacy questions.
Information and purposes
When you email me, I receive your email address, name and the information you choose to share. I use this to respond, prepare a proposal and deliver agreed work. Processing needed to discuss or fulfil a project is based on taking steps towards, or performing, a contract. Routine correspondence and protecting the website rely on legitimate interests in running a secure, responsive business; required financial records rely on legal obligations.
Hosting and content-delivery providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and request logs to deliver and protect this website. You do not need to provide enquiry details to browse the portfolio. If you choose to enquire, I need enough information to respond.
Google Analytics and your choice
Google Analytics 4 is used only when you opt in. It provides information about page visits, referrals, approximate location derived by Google and device/browser characteristics, using identifiers to distinguish visits. The analytics script is not loaded before consent. Google advertising signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in this website’s configuration.
You can reject optional cookies, accept analytics, or customise your choice. Use Cookie settings in the footer to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection by this site and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not undo processing that happened before withdrawal.
Google’s processing is described in its privacy policy and information for sites that use Google services.

Enquiry correspondence is kept while needed to answer your request, manage any resulting work and resolve related queries. Project and financial records are retained for the applicable legal and accounting requirements. Retention is assessed against the purpose, ongoing relationship and any legal need; you can request information about records relating to you.
Analytics report retention also depends on the Google Analytics property settings and differs from cookie duration. Contact me for information about the current account settings or to make a deletion request.
Planned marketing tools
Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Mailchimp are not installed on this version of the website. If Meta Pixel is introduced, this notice and the cookie controls will be updated before it runs, with a separate optional marketing choice. If a Mailchimp mailing list is introduced, signing up will be a separate, explicit choice with a clear purpose and an unsubscribe link in each marketing email. Accepting analytics does not subscribe you to email marketing.
Recipients and international processing
Information may be processed by the providers needed to run this site and business, including hosting, content delivery, Sanity for portfolio content, Google when analytics is enabled, and email and professional service providers for enquiries and projects. It may also be disclosed where legally required. I do not sell enquiry information.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where an international transfer requires protection, applicable adequacy arrangements or contractual safeguards must be used. Contact me for details of the providers and safeguards relevant to your information.

Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your personal data. You can withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.
