Client brands, trademarks, campaign assets, licensed photography and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Prices and enquiries
Displayed prices are indicative starting points in GBP. Scope, deliverables, deadlines, revision rounds, payment arrangements, tax treatment and third-party costs will be confirmed in a written proposal or project agreement before work begins. An enquiry or browsing this site does not create a service contract.
Printing, media spend, stock assets, hosting and specialist integrations are excluded unless the proposal expressly includes them. Availability and estimates may change before an agreement is accepted.
Project agreements
Work starts after the scope and commercial terms have been agreed. Project-specific terms cover approvals, client-supplied materials, payment, changes, cancellation, handover and intellectual property. Those written terms take precedence over general website information. Changes to an agreed scope may affect the fee and schedule and will be discussed before proceeding.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring they have permission to use materials they supply. Ownership or licences for final work are determined by the project agreement; third-party assets remain subject to their licences.

I take reasonable care to keep the portfolio useful and accurate, but the website may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. Case studies describe the work and context at the time of the project and are not promises of future results. External links are provided for context; their availability and content are controlled by the relevant providers.
